A lot of people ask me: “What actually happens in a session?”
It’s not something rigid or fixed. Each session is different, because each person is different.
We start with a conversation. I create a space where everything is welcome without judgment.
From there, we gently go deeper into what is really there beneath the surface.
Depending on what comes up, we might work with:
- breath
- the body
- past experiences
- energy
Some people feel deep peace and some feel emotional release. Some feel clarity.
There is no “right” way. The body leads and I guide.
